Diary - Robin Wight perfects the art of the meeting

Ever had one of those meetings that still make you wince at the memory of it? Course you have.

You know the kind. The one where the technology wouldn't work and you mistook the bag carrier for the client.

If so, then Andrew Cracknell would like to know. The former Bates UK executive creative director is gathering such stories with a view to publishing them in book form.

He is currently asking the great and good of adland for material but his request was treated with lofty disdain by Robin Wight. "I only have good meetings," the WCRS chairman told his former employee.

Oh come, come Robin. Surely that parting of the ways meeting with Camelot last year can't have been a barrel of laughs.
