The show's pilot was filmed recently and starred Bartle Bogle Hegarty's Rosie Arnold and Ogilvy's Rory Sutherland. The adlanders appeared with the TV comedians and team captains Mark Watson and Micky Flanagan, with Mark Dolan hosting. Arnold and Sutherland apparently put in stellar performances, gamely meeting all the questions and challenges thrown at them, including making ads for the show. Different ad executives will appear each week, which will make the show compulsory viewing when it arrives on our screens later this year.
Diary can reveal the Channel 4 quiz show we've all been waiting for, billed as a sort of Have I Got News For You about advertising, will be called The Mad Bad Ad Show.
