Spotted in a north London gym: nudging-50 agency chairman keen to
preserve boyish good looks and well-honed frame as long as
scientifically possible. Spent 20-ish minutes on rowing machine; five,
well, maybe four, doing bench presses; a couple on reverse leg extension
machine (for that crucial rear-end region); a few seconds hovering non-
committally around weights area; then gave up, sorry, ended workout,
inordinately flushed . Must be crackers overdoing it like that.
