Diary: Turkey of the Week - Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO/Bounty

Although it requires her to admit that she (occasionally) watches Love Island, Francesca Newland feels compelled to pour scorn on Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO's idents:

"Too often, agencies and clients set the creative bar low for sponsorship idents. Given that they have to bear up to repeat viewing, this is utterly inexplicable. In the Bounty case, the coconuts' unfunny innuendo makes my skin crawl. It also winds me up that they speak with Caribbean accents, when the programme is based in Fiji."
