"This ad seems to be suggesting that mothers of school-age children spend their days a) not working (which, from an agency that champions mothers getting back into the workplace, is a bit disappointing), b) that when they're not doing laundry they're 'doing lunch', and c) that they are living such painfully similar and mundane lives that they can only say the same things as one another. Stuffed full of sexist cliches."
