Diary: Turkey of the week - Krow/Thomson

Francesca Newland thinks Thomson's TV ad by Krow is, well, pathetic:

"What is it about travel companies, particularly online ones, that makes them dismiss the notion of creativity the minute they come to briefing out an ad? Here we have Thomson making the strategically crucial shift into online holidays, but a pair of blunt scissors and some brightly coloured paper seem to have played a more essential role than, say, planning, art direction and copywriting."
