Diary: Turkey of the week - Ogilvy/Ford S-Max

Kate Nettleton thinks this brief could have made for an interesting ad; unfortunately, Ogilvy didn't deliver:

"The core idea of the new Ford S-Max enabling people to 'get more out of life' is a satisfactory one, but they've ended up with another cliched car ad packed with high-adrenaline sports that are only undertaken by a few thrill-seekers. I'm not sure how many rock climbers could afford a £20,000 car, and even if they can, some poorly projected images on the seats probably isn't going to sell it to them."
