Anyway, we still reckon this one's a stinker. As well as being irredeemably cringeworthy, this VCCP ad is not only slightly cliched ("bras without the fiddling"), but talks to the consumer in a way that was popular with the "lad movement" of the late 90s, something that is tired and out of date. The whole thing is a real mishit. Zero indeed.
Yes, yes, we know this ad was effective. And that's what really counts. But then Coke Zero tastes good, so not all those healthy sales are solely down to the ads.
