Just ask the placement team who recently had a spell at St Luke's. On the day of their departure, the team sent a sincere and, admittedly, rather charming goodbye message to the entire agency, thanking them for making their experience so valuable.
Unfortunately, because of an unexpected virus, the e-mail also went out to each member of the agency's Christmas card list (and, therefore, certain members of the Campaign editorial staff).
As if that weren't unfortunate enough, the placement team proceeded to sign off their e-mail by wishing St Luke's the best of luck for its forthcoming pitch for the Black & Decker business. What bad luck.
