Never mind being chief executive of the biggest TV buying point in the

UK. You know you’ve really made it when you get a mention in Woman’s

Journal.



Christine Walker, of Zenith Media fame, is featured in the latest issue

of WJ in an article on ‘the 50 most influential women in Britain’. She

is put forward by Caroline Marland, the managing director of the

Guardian and Observer.



‘Throughout her career Christine has been a great support and help to

other younger women in the advertising industry,’ Marland gushes.



Elsewhere, Saatchi and Saatchi’s Jennifer Laing is seen merrily

nominating Eve Pollard.



It’s a shame Laing didn’t get a nomination. After missing out on the

damehood and now this, she must be feeling fragile. Perhaps stablemate

Chrissie can offer a shoulder to cry on. Then again...
