NABS is launching an awards scheme in memory of David Pilton, the

founder of David Pilton Advertising, who died in 1996.



The David Pilton Memorial Awards have been created by NABS, along with

CAM and Pilton’s agency, DPA.



The two awards are worth pounds 1,000 each and will be presented to

young people who want to study for CAM qualifications.



The first award will go to an applicant who has completed four out of

the six exams for Part 1 of the CAM certificate and applicants must

write a dissertation on an advertising related subject. The second award

will be given to someone who shows they need financial assistance to
