Green will take on the role of UK managing director at the company, which says it is pursuing an "aggressive growth plan" in Europe.
She will head up a new office in London’s Soho, drawing on more than 15 years of experience in events, most recently as head of live at marketing agency Gyro. Before this she was group events director at Barclays, overseeing a multi-million pound events programme at corporate and product levels.
Scott Cullather, founder and managing partner of Invnt, said the agency was also considering expansion into Asia and Latin America. "We recognise that there remains an unmet need in the global marketplace for strategic, creative solutions that are compelling, disruptive and cut through the clutter.
"We are keen to boost Invnt’s momentum as an agency, and enhance our level of service to existing clients by having a strong talent base in London from which to expand our offering across Europe. We are also looking at other key strategic opportunities in Asia and Latin America."
Invnt was launched in the US in 2008 and counts PepsiCo, General Motors, News Corporation and Subway among its clients.
The agency has four US offices in New York, Washington DC, Detroit and Jacksonville.
