Celebrity cameos do not come more high-profile or less likely than Harvey Keitel in a Direct Line commercial. Still, these are strange times, and Keitel reprises his "Wolf" character from Pulp Fiction in an ad for the insurer. The campaign, which was created by Saatchi & Saatchi, introduces Direct Line’s "we’re on it" proposition. Keitel was picked as the brand spokesman because The Wolf was a fixer, and Direct Line is now pledging to fix customers’ problems faster. The campaign, which includes instructional YouTube pre-rolls on how to knot a tie and iron a shirt as well as the TV ads, was created by Neil Dawson, Clive Pickering, Gemma Phillips, Paul Silburn and Mark Slack. It was directed by Chris Palmer through Gorgeous. Post-production was by The Mill.
