This time Wolf comes to the rescue for Jenny who has broken her phone and covered her daughter’s cuddly toy in cake mix while baking.
The ad, called "Roger", was created by Saatchi & Saatchi and shows Wolf explaining how Direct Line’s Home Insurance Plus cover will replace her phone or give her cash. Wolf then offers rabbit-cleaning services to "get the fudge out of Rog".
The ad was created by Paul Silburn, and directed by Chris Palmer through Gorgeous. Media buying was handled by MediaCom.
Wendy Pearson, the head of marketing at Direct Line Insurance, said: "It’s nearly a year since we launched our first ads featuring Winston Wolf, and our latest instalment continues to challenge the insurance market in both its creative approach and by focusing on performance rather than price."
