Domino's widens VCCP remit with digital business

Having already picked up the brand’s UK advertising account, VCCP was appointed lead digital agency after a competitive pitch handled by Hamilton Associates.

The remit includes leading digital innovation for the Domino’s brand alongside work for social media, CRM, content and digital advertising.

Domino’s called the review in September after splitting with Iris, which had picked up the CRM and digital remit for KFC.

Iris previously handled the integrated Domino’s account but the creative and strategy part of the business moved to VCCP in April following a competitive pitch in which it declined to participate. VCCP beat Brooklyn Brothers and St Luke’s to the account.

VCCP’s first ad campaign for the brand, "The official food of everything" (above), launched in September.

Nick Dutch, head of digital at Domino’s, said: Nick Dutch,  said: "At Domino’s, world-class digital communications and customer experience are crucial to the ongoing success of the brand in the UK and Ireland. We’re confident that in VCCP we’ve found the partner who can work with us to deliver this across all of our digital channels and beyond."
