Draft FCB names Jones and Minnec as London bosses

LONDON - Howard Draft has unveiled the senior management line-up for the merged Draft FCB network, four months after the two Interpublic networks were brought together.

In London, Nigel Jones, the chief executive of FCB London, and John Minnec, the managing director of Draft London, have been named co-presidents of the agency.

Meanwhile, Guillaume Pannaud, the former chief executive of FCB France, has been appointed to head Draft FCB France. Joelle Tison, the former managing director of Draft Paris, will be Pannaud's deputy. In Germany, Peter John Mahrenholz, the former chief executive of FCB, will head Draft FCB Germany. It remains unclear who will lead Draft FCB's Italian and Spanish operations.

Minnec will be responsible for client services, personnel, new business and marketing, while Jones will head the agency's strategy, operations, output and finance.

Howard Draft, the chairman and chief executive of Draft FCB Worldwide, said: "During the integration phase it became obvious Nigel and John should work together to create this new breed of agency, bringing life to the unconventional union of accountability and creativity. Their complementary skills will help us realise our vision for Draft FCB London."

Jones joined FCB London as, its chief executive in November 2005. He was previously chief executive of Claydon Heeley.
