Ebiquity has promoted Nick Pugh to managing director of UK and Ireland, and Laetitia Zinetti to the same role overseeing continental Europe.
Both territories had been overseen by Mauricio Barange, who is retiring, for the past three years.
Pugh, who previously headed Ebiquity’s advanced analytics practice in the UK, takes up his new role on 1 July.
The company credits him with developing its algorithmic approaches to marketing analytics, recruiting and developing data science and analytics capabilities, spearheading its employee diversity programme and leading relationships with clients including Arla, Ferrero and Krispy Kreme.
Both Pugh and Zinetti, who takes up her role on 1 June, will report to Ebiquity global president Richard Basil-Jones.
