Editorial: FHM ad pull insults readers' intelligence

It is hard to know which aspect of FHM's decision to reject a Lucozade ad featuring a seventysomething woman flanked by a pair of bare-chested male models is more arrogant: that it should refuse to run an ad which is legal, decent and honest, or that it should insist on a substitute execution in which an old man is flanked by two scantily clad women.
