EDITORIAL: IPG AlertLine unlikely to lift staff moral

The climate of fear that put managers under severe pressure to meet financial targets has been blamed for the accountancy scandals that have bedevilled Interpublic. It's hard to see how the group's newly opened AlertLine, allowing staffers to shop colleagues they suspect of skullduggery, will improve the atmosphere.
