When Ogilvy & Mather moved there in 1992, it was expected that others would follow and form the core of London's new "advertising village". In the end, it all came to nothing. O&M, having sat there alone, has now decided to return to the heart of the capital. For all its faults, there's nothing like central London when it comes to being a magnet for the best talent or as a creative stimulant.
