EDITORIAL: Sometimes it is better to say goodbye

There comes a time in the life of certain brands - Blue Nun and

Sodastream spring to mind - when it's kinder to turn off the support

systems and declare life extinct. So good luck to Wieden & Kennedy,

which is about to slap the electrodes on Revlon's Charlie fragrance and

Mitchum deodorant ranges. Let's hope they haven't already been starved

of oxygen for too long.
