Fagan moved into this new general management role as a result of the Alliance Boots and Walgreens merger at the end of last year. She describes the new remit as both challenging and inspiring. Fagan feels particularly strongly about continuing to use real women in Boots’ advertising because "it inspires and moves everyday women across the UK, including myself".
