Whelan described Lynn as "a modern creative and innovative thinker, fiercely committed to shaping human behaviour", who "inspires people to stretch their abilities to the max".
She said: "Her arrival comes at a strategically important time as we continue to develop innovative solutions that combine data, creativity and core technologies together with powerful human insights to help clients enrich their marketing effectiveness."
Lynn added: "As most of us know, this industry is anything but ‘boring’. And I’m highly interested in doing more non-traditional, innovative ideas for clients. Innovation isn’t a ‘nice to do’, but essential to the ideas we create."
Lynn’s creative highlights include June’s Uefa’s "We play strong" campaign, designed to challenge perceptions of girls playing football. It has been viewed 35 million times and was a Campaign "Pick of the week".
