UK publishing giant, Emap, has sold 13 business magazines and seven events to Informa for £28 million.
The business titles include Insurance Age, Fishing News, and Containerisation International.
In the year to the end of March the titles being sold produced combined operating profits of £1.7 million on sales of £12.5 million.
The sale follows the disposal last month of Insert, Emap's French outdoor advertising business.
Kevin Hand, chief executive of Emap, said: "As we increasingly focus the group on specific and larger markets with good potential for growth, we are rationalising the portfolio of our media businesses. We have successfully sold our interest in Metal Bulletin, Insert and now these 20 Business titles and events in the space of two months."
