- Eugene Bartley has been named president of North American Operations at Bozell Worldwide.
Bartley, who is promoted from his current position as president New York operations, will assume overall operating responsibility for the agency's US offices in Costa Mesa, New York, Chicago, Minneapolis, Omaha, Seattle and Silicon Valley. He will also oversee Bozell's operations in Mexico and Canada.
However, Bozell Detroit will continue to report directly to David Bell, Bozell President and CEO, and Leo Arthur Kelmenson, the Bozell chairman.
Bartley's day to day responsibilities in New York will be assumed by Tom Bernardin, general manager New York Operations, who joined from Bozell Detroit last year.
Bartley said: "I am very excited and optimistic about accelerating our growth throughout North America. Many of our plans are paying off now and our resources are now greater with our True North Partnership."
True North acquired Bozell Worldwide at the end of last year.
