The pair's "library book" ad for the Department of Communities and Local Government was judged to be the best ad of the month by Alistair Audsley, the creative director and joint managing director of Solus Strategic.
The runners-up for this month's award, held in association with Campaign, were Jo Finch and Steve Moss from Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO for their work for Wrigley's Airwaves chewing gum, entitled "Rosita".
The winning ad is designed to raise awareness of the fact that library books can now be renewed online, so readers do not need to rush to read them.
Audsley said: "Unlike most of this month's entries, there is at least an idea at the fore of this little gem, which proposes that, by renewing online, you can keep your books longer. The ad is a well-produced audio version of The Princess and the Pea in 20 seconds."
