Olly Caporn and Dominic Gettins have been increasingly involved in the day-to-day running of the creative department, under the executive creative director and chairman, Mark Wnek.
Wnek said: "Dom and Olly have been my right-hand men for some time, and with the massive amount of business we've added this year, it's time to formalise the situation."
Caporn and Gettins worked together on the Richard E Grant-fronted campaign for Argos as well as Abbey National's "Because life's complicated enough" campaign with the fellow Euro RSCG creative Nigel Rose.
Caporn joined Euro RSCG in 1993 from Maddel Wilmott Pringle, and has partnered Wnek and Gettins on campaigns for Cahoot, Haagen Dazs and Peugeot.
Gettins joined from FCO in 1994. They will continue to work as a team, with Caporn also working with Wnek.
Caporn said: "We've been fulfilling this role for a year, so it's a great vote of confidence that we haven't been replaced. There have always been great opportunities here, and we want to help build on its success."
Gettins added: "We've both come up through the ranks at the agency, and it's been really rewarding."
