Euro RSCG snares Work Club's Smith

LONDON - Euro RSCG London has appointed Eloise Smith, the creative lead at Work Club, as its creative director in a bid to boost its integrated offering.

Smith is the most senior hiring made so far by Euro RSCG's executive creative director, Mick Mahoney, since he joined the agency last year from Bartle Bogle Hegarty.

She will join the agency this month with responsibility for a client list that includes Dulux, Comet and Peugeot.

During her time at Work Club, Smith led the creative on Nokia and Kraft, overseeing the production of Nokia's "lost characters" and "safe trip home" digital ads.

Before joining Work Club, Smith was a creative at AKQA, and has spent time at Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R and St Luke's.

Euro RSCG has also hired Gedeon Stol as its first head of innovation. Stol joins the agency from Rapp, where he was responsible for creating technology solutions for clients including Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline and Skype.
