Euro RSCG Worldwide hires North Asia chairman

LONDON - Euro RSCG Worldwide has appointed Joseph Wang, the former vice chairman of Greater China at Ogilvy, to the newly created role of North Asia chairman.

Wang will be responsible for the agency’s operations in Korea, Japan, Greater China, including Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Based in Shanghai, Wang will report into Olivier Pluquet, Euro RSCG’s new regional chief executive when he joins the agency on 1 October.

Wang has spent the last 13 years working at Ogilvy during which time he has been the chairman and chief executive of Southern and Eastern China, and the group-managing director of Ogilvy Hong Kong respectively.
