The Daily Telegraph has won a pounds 750,000 multimedia deal with

online betting company Eurobet and is to be the exclusive media promoter

of the Royal Military 2000 show.

The Eurobet deal represents The Telegraph’s biggest cross-media business

win and involves all Telegraph brands, including Electronic

Telegraph.

As well as display ads in the paper, the package includes sponsorship of

the newspaper’s Euro 2000 football supplement. An interactive game and

microsite that will run on ET during the tournament will also be

sponsored.

Eurobet is also sponsoring The Daily Telegraph’s Fantasy Cricket League

which launched on 31 March and will run throughout the summer.

To coincide with the European Champions’ League final, The Sunday

Telegraph will run a competition with a prize of a place in the

Eurobet-PFA Golf Tournament.

The exclusive promotion of Royal Military 2000 show is another large

deal with an undisclosed fee. It includes the sponsorship of two 16-page

Telegraph supplements to run on 1 July and 10 July.

The supplements, which will include a competition, will be republished

online with links to the RMT 2000 website. Other sponsors of the show

are Amey, Naafi and Bae Systems. Each will have a page of advertising in

the supplements.

RMT 2000 runs from 10-15 July at Horse Guards Parade in London and

promises to be a high-tech extravaganza, celebrating ’1,000 years of the

defence of the realm.’
