Eurostar has launched a campaign showing the adventures that await visitors to London and Paris. Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO created two TV spots, one in French that showcases London and one in English that focuses on Paris. Both ads, which feature quirky characters and unusual locations away from the cities’ tourist trail, are shot in a gritty style and interspersed with photos. A narrator takes viewers on a tour of the places they could visit and introduces them to the people they might meet. The final frames show an empty seat on a Eurostar train and the strapline: "Stories are waiting." The work was written by Alex Grieve, art directed by Adrian Rossi and directed by Simon Ratigan through HLA. Post-production was by The Mill and the photographer was Matt Stuart.
