The company has approached a number of UK agencies about developing a multimedia advertising strategy that will be used across the UK and continental Europe.
No budgets have been disclosed, but a significant portion of the spend will be used in Germany and France.
Representatives from Everest are due to visit London next week to talk to agencies about promoting the brand.
Everest will compete with online gaming brands including Full Tilt Poker, which appointed Clemmow Hornby Inge to its £3 million account earlier this month.
Established gaming brands such as Ladbrokes and William Hill have also expanded into online poker. The online poker industry claims that more than £600,000 is staked every minute.
The Government has threatened to bring in statutory controls over gambling advertising that offers punters incentives such as doubling their initial stake.
