Evian "baby bay" by BETC Paris

Evian's 2013 "baby & me" ad, which won a silver Lion at Cannes and has more than 123 million hits on YouTube, is a tough act to follow.

Undeterred, the bottled-water company has now released a sequel brand film – assuming you weren’t counting the Spider-Man collaboration in 2014 – in which a young man washes ashore on to a beach filled with infant surfers and beach bums, and eventually bumps into himself as a baby. The spot retains Evian’s "live young" strapline and also features a cover of The Beach Boys’ Kokomo by Lilly Wood & The Prick. The work was directed by James Rouse through Wanda Productions and will run globally, including in the UK.
