Create is providing both public and hospitality catering at the park, serving Russian delicacies including shashlik (meat kebabs), pirozhki (stuffed buns) and blini. At Russia.Park, it is serving food around the picnic zones, performance spaces, sports activity area, pavilions and exhibition areas. It is also catering for conferences and gala dinners at the park for up to 300 guests.

The caterer, which is part of the Concerto Group, is also providing canapé receptions and refreshments at Sochi.Park, which includes a 6000sqm interactive pavilion and an ice arena featuring skating performances from Olympic champions.

Create is also managing bar service and a private reception area for the African National Olympic Committee at Africa Village, an Olympic House representing a group of African countries.
