Fallon hires Keon as two leave for BBH

Fallon has bolstered its creative team with the appointment of the FCB London creative director, Matthew Keon, as a senior creative. Meanwhile, two members of Fallon's account team have defected to Bartle Bogle Hegarty.

Toby Pschorr, a senior account director at Fallon on the Sony and Skoda accounts, is joining BBH as the business director on its Vodafone account.

In an unrelated move, Rick Hirst, an account manager at Fallon and a Campaign Face to Watch in 2004, is also joining BBH.

A writer by trade, Keon began his career in his native Australia at BOO Advertising. He then moved to George Patterson Bates, Sydney, where his accounts included Macquarie University. Macquarie University's advertising was the first campaign to win a Cannes gold Lion for an Australian agency.

Keon has also spent time at at Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore, where he worked on accounts including Sony, HP and Toyota. He left Singapore to return to Australia, joining Brown Melhuish Fishlock, where he picked up two bronze Lions at Cannes for his work on Tasco Telescopes.

Commenting on his move, Keon said: "I'm looking forward to it. Fallon is one of the most creatively consistent networks in the world, and that stands out for me."
