Delaney Lund Knox Warren & Partners has finalised its new
management line-up following its breakaway from the merged FCB and
Delaney Fletcher Bozell.
The four founding partners are joined by a further four equity partners:
Gary Betts and Malcolm Green, Richard Warren and James Pool.
Helen Weisinger, business development director for Delaney Fletcher,
will stay on as head of new business for the new agency, and Tara
Howell, formerly a board account director, becomes head of account
management.
Betts and Green are the agency’s most senior creative team and were
responsible for its Ambrosia ’Go West’ campaign and its current
Financial Times work.
The pair previously worked at McCann-Erickson, where they were joint
executive creative directors until 1997.
Richard Warren, who has the same name as one of the founding partners,
is the art director responsible for the agency’s Teacher Training
’talking heads’ commercial.
Pool comes from a direct marketing background: he was managing director
of Anthem, which closed earlier this year. At Delaney Fletcher he has
been running the Save & Prosper account.
Tom Knox, one of the founding partners, said: ’The philosophy of the new
agency is going to be that of a partnership. The partners must be a
strong team. Gary and Malcolm are proven creative people. James and
Richard were key members of Delaney Fletcher and will be instrumental in
the success of the new team.’
