Five new agencies take IPA membership

LONDON - The IPA has elected five new agencies into membership following its quarterly Council meeting.

Syzygy UK, Wunderman, Addiction, Grey Healthcare and Sense Worldwide have all taken membership, bringing the total number of IPA member agencies to 263.

The trade body, which was first established in 1917, negotiates on behalf of its members with media bodies, government departments and unions.

Brendan Tansey, the chief executive of Wunderman, said: "Joining the IPA ensures we keep abreast of the latest trends in the industry. It will avail us of the world-class services and training provided by the IPA and enable us to access best practice on personnel management and other issues."
