The acquisition is designed to cement the position of Flextech's sceneone.co.uk as one of the UK's leading online entertainment guides.

The deal will allow visitors access both to its website and the TV channel launching next year to book tickets interactively through Way Ahead.

Flextech cable channels including Bravo, Trouble and Living, will also promote the purchase of tickets from Way Ahead.
