Flymo and McCulloch launch Intu shopping centre campaign

Intu has partnered with garden power tool brands, Flymo and McCulloch, to create pop-up gardens at three UK shopping centres.

Flymo and McCulloch will open pop-up gardens at Intu Lakeside, Intu Trafford Centre and Intu Metrocentre throughout April and May to promote their newest gardening products.

The gardens will showcase the brands’ 2017 range of lawnmowers, trimmers and chainsawswhere they can see robotic mowers at work, handle different McCulloch products and learn more from a Flymo expert and two digital screens. There will also be the chance to win Flymo’s first battery-powered robotic lawnmower in a prize draw. 

Gavin Burns at Flymo and McCulloch said: "Intu’s popular shopping centres are the perfect platform for us to raise awareness of our brands and product ranges across the country. We’re looking forward to showing shoppers exactly what Flymo and McCulloch are all about."

Flymo and McCulloch will be at Intu Lakeside from 13-17 April, Intu Trafford Centre from 27 April to 1 May and Intu Metrocentre from 25-29 May.

Yesterday Intu announced that it has partnered with Nick Jr. to create activities at Intu shopping centres during the Easter holidays for families, which include AR technology.

This week Halifax's Thunderbirds-themed tour kicks off, which will visit shopping centres across the UK.
