- James Brown, the former editor of GQ magazine and Loaded, is to seek a listing for his new publishing venture on the stock market.

He will seek to list 'I Feel Good' on the Alternative Investment Market with a valuation of around £10 million.

I Feel Good is backed by Felix Dennis, who owns Dennis Publishing, and entrepreneur, Chris Akers. Dennis will be chairman of the new company and Akers a non-executive director.

Brown is believed to be working on several magazine launches the first of which is to be a film title called Hot Dog. Details of the other two titles are not known.

Brown was sacked as GQ editor last year after the magazine ran an article on top stylish figures which included the Nazis.
