Former Granada sales controller hired by JCDecaux

LONDON - John Creedon, a former client sales controller at Granada, has been hired by JCDecaux as director of new client development.

Creedon, a TV veteran, who left the company following its merger with Carlton earlier this year, will be responsible for expanding the brand count of advertisers in UK airports.

"With the growing audiences and increased advertising opportunities in the airports we needed someone with John's experience and contacts to spread the word, we are delighted to get someone of John's calibre," Don Sperring, the managing director of JCDecaux Airport, said.
