There are shades of Chipotle's Cannes Grand Prix-winning "scarecrow" in Freeview's grand TV campaign, which first aired last week.
Leo Burnett London created the two-minute animated ad, which is set in an Orwellian world where TVs brainwash the population into constantly upgrading and subscribing, and a lone television set (with Freeview) breaks free to offer one woman an alternative option. The spot is set to a new recording of I Dreamed A Dream from Les Misérables, performed by Sarah Kingsmill.
