Martin comes from agency Ear to the Ground. Here he rose up through ranks to become head of brand activation in 2012, following stints as a freelancer, project manager and senior project manager.
His new position will see him build upon and create brand experiences for Frukt’s client portfolio, which currently includes Nando’s, Mencap and Getty Images. He will report to the company’s managing partner and head of client services, Jim Robinson.
Anthony Ackenhoff, chief executive of Frukt, said: "We’ve known Fran for some time and can’t wait for him to join the team. Frukt has undergone a period of growth this year and Fran will be instrumental in reinforcing creative expertise for our clients."
