Jepson joined Heinz in 2008, and was appointed vice-president of marketing for Europe in July last year, while retaining his existing role of chief marketing officer for Heinz UK and Ireland. He’s been outspoken about how legacy brands shouldn’t become complacent, something you could certainly never accuse him of. He has built on Heinz’s highly successful campaign allowing consumers to personalise tins of soup, launching it on TV earlier this year.
