Glazer shoots successor to Sony Bravia 'balls' ad

LONDON - Fallon's eagerly awaited follow-up to its award-winning "balls" Sony ad saw the director Jonathan Glazer decorate a Glasgow tower block this week using paint and high explosives.

Costing £2m, with almost £1m spent on explosives, the shoot was one of the most ambitious undertaken in the UK.

The condemned building was covered in barrels of paint charged with Semtex, which was then detonated.

The ad, which was written by Juan Cabral, the "balls" creator, will air in November.
