Grey has become the latest London agency to provide its services to
a dotcom client in exchange for equity after reaching a deal with
Grey will handle the pounds 7.5 million creative account for the
alternative medicine start-up, aimed at health professionals. Steve
Blamer, Grey’s chief executive, will take a seat on the board.
The site goes live in the UK next month and Grey will handle all the
company’s marketing activities. The account will be run by the group
managing director, Barry Cox, and the group creat ive director, Andy
Media has gone to MediaCom TMB.
St Luke’s took a stake in Smartgroups.com in January, and Maher Bird
Associates recently acquired a stake in the online insurance broker,
