Habito brings to life the pain of interest rate uncertainty in the seventh instalment of its gory and garish "Hell or Habito" campaign.
This is the brand’s first ad for Habito One, its new range of fixed-for-life mortgages. The animated spot shows an unsuspecting homeowner whose garden turns into a hellish scene full of huge thorns, man-eating plants and vicious wasps – meant to represent rising interest rates. After a voice says, "Don’t get stung by rising interest rates, with Habito One your payments are fixed for the life of the mortgage", the protagonist returns to serenity.
