Habito "Phantasmagoric" by Uncommon Creative Studio

Home-buying and financing company Habito has enlisted NY-based visual artist Saiman Chow to create a hallucinogenic brand identity, in keeping with its wider "Hell or Habito" campaign.

Chow used constantly shifting images and colourful patterns to create a dream-like effect comprising a key with angel wings.

The rebrand also includes a new logo, out-of-home activity encouraging people to "take the edge" off their mortgage, and Habito t-shirts, for people who really like home-buying and financing,

Last year, Habito launched a trippy spot focusing on the perils of house hunting.
