Summary of the year so far: "2014 has so far been our biggest and best ever year for growth, attracting new senior talent and feeling the glow of pride in the range of great work coming out of Albion.

We've won 10 new clients across Albion including some big ones in Addison Lee, Dot London, Danone Nutricia, Klarna and eHarmony. We've closed our second consecutive year of double digit top line and bottom line growth.

We’ve successfully built out our offering through new services across product design, strategy, data, and PR, and grown the senior team with key hires in Phil Lewis, Christian Howes and Jennifer Kite-Powell.

'Proud Work' moments include Albion Drive successfully launching 24 hour art hackathon, The Space for new Client the Arts Council and BBC, and Snapt Energy, our first product design for comparethemarket, winning its first design award. Our new TV for eHarmony featuring a camel is picking up plenty of praise including Ad of the Week.

We're proud also to be getting busy in our local community, with the launch of the Albion Startup Kitchen in partnership with Hackney Council, a mentoring programme for young East London local entrepreneurs looking to get small businesses up and running. Over the last six months some of the world’s most successful founders of Skype, Innocent, Secret Escapes and Moo have joined the program as mentors.

There's lots still to do but a very exciting year in play."
