Summary of the year so far: 2014 has been about growth; we’ve grown as an agency (adding £18m in new business: Merck, Flight Centre, Cant and Vapestick. We’ve worked with clients to grow their businesses; Domino’s mobile sales near 50 per cent of digital sales, Betfair’s + 9 per cent revenue growth and Blinkbox launching their music proposition. We continue to grow into our role within Havas and stage one of the Havas Village is now firmly in place. We’ve helped brands break new ground, including launching Vapestick with a £12m campaign, delivering Canti Prosecco’s inaugural TV campaign and taking Kew Gardens into digital-out-of-home for the first time. Standout partnerships brokered include Betfair’s ITV football package partnership, ZSL London Zoo and Turner Broadcasting, Estrella and Time Out and the Westfield and Evening Standard tie-up. With Pedro and Henry at the helm this year we have welcomed new senior hires such as insight director, Taj Sohal, alongside promoting Catherine Schrier to managing partner. In June we tested Byron Sharp’s theory on how brands grow through the filter of digital as Nicholas Lovell spoke at our Growth Event. It’s not all work though. We also managed to squeeze Henry into a blue leotard for our agency video in May.
